Portraiture

Within my time at University, I was able to look into the genre of Portraiture. Within my first and second year of University I looked at themes such as Film Noir and explored their photographic techniques.

In my third year of University I was able to explore and photograph my own themes. My one passion has always been the theme of equestrianism, from this I looked at portraiture of horses and riders as shown below. I travelled too and from yards working with friends and clients to photograph both horses and riders at stables and in my home made studios.
